The Kisaco Delegate Sales Team is comprised of individuals that want to develop their career in sales and are motivated by the potential of uncapped commission (in addition to the base salary).
The team understand the value of a highly structured training and development programme, a strong culture of coaching and support, balanced with the autonomy that allows strong sales skillsets to flourish.

Every day I am lucky enough to learn more about what is happening in a huge variety of industries. I have luckily specialized myself into tech industry; and now get to lead the portfolio on our delegate sales team. This allows me to have an impact on our wider strategy (which I love doing), whilst maintaining that close contact and relationship with our key clients. A perfect blend of b2b contact and interaction, with a strategic element to benefit the wider portfolio.

My Role here at Kisaco has developed into something I never thought I would do and neither did kisaco. My ability to overachieve and industry knowledge, the correct guidance/skills provided by my management has resulted in kisaco exploring and opening new avenues for me and the business. With Kisaco we have been able to tap into new opportunities and techniques to drive client satisfaction and amazing events and I hope to continue to do so.
