Customer Success Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Customer Success team for a switched-on individual with a great can-do attitude, willingness to learn and a hands on and organised approach. As you will be working closely with clients, the ideal person will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Customer Success to deliver our largest live summit in Tech, acting as a bridge between the client and all internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Client management
- Support the wider Customer Success team with sponsor/exhibitor communications.
- Act as a bridge between the client and all internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product and operations).
- Managing the sponsor enquiries inbox, responding to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting our sponsors and exhibitors by sending regular reminders of upcoming deadlines.
- Proactively tackling issues and when necessary, escalating to the Head of Customer Success.
Internal management
- Internally tracking all sponsor deliverables on the team’s core documents.
- Working with the operations team and event general contractor to ensure all exhibitors have completed the required documents/orders for their booth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Some previous work experience ideally in a customer facing role is preferred.
- Strong IT skills.
