We are now seeking an intelligent, proactive and experienced salesperson to join our Women’s Health team. The successful candidate will be driven and focused on delivering sponsorship revenue, while working with a highly collaborative and experienced team toward a common goal in scaling the event. WHIS (Women’s Health Innovation Summit) is a flagship event within Kisaco Research’s industry-leading life science portfolio. The event is in its 8th year and unites senior leaders across the women’s health ecosystem including healthcare providers, investors, policy makers, pharma, digital tech, and employers. Since its launch, WHIS has evolved into an essential forum focused on shaping the future of women’s health, covering everything from clinical advancements and digital health solutions to equity and personalised care. The event is a collaborative platform for industry leaders to connect, share insights, and foster meaningful commercial partnerships
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibility for sponsorship revenue of £500k+ on WHIS and beyond.
Develop deep working relationships with both large corporates and new start-ups in the space.
Grow revenue from existing accounts, increasing average order values and frequency of spend across the event and marketing/digital solutions.
Develop new business from scratch in new and emerging categories.
Generate sales revenue consistently and deliver against monthly, quarterly, annual and event targets.
Articulate key value proposition of our events/platforms and illustrate how our platform can deliver maximum impact for clients.
Working with sponsors across a number of objectives including re-brands, product launches, ecosystem engagement, investment sourcing, lead generation and thought leadership.
Conduct formal process with existing sponsors pre and post event to secure re-books/follow on revenue.
Feedback sponsor intel to influence event strategy and commercial direction.
Develop a deep understanding of your marketplace, to be able to read and comment on trends, cycles, buying patterns, etc and be a resource for both your clients and colleagues.
Contribute to topic generation and validation from a commercial perspective and support the wider team.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 1 year selling sponsorship, exhibition or advertising packages on B2B Events.
Experience in delegate sales on B2B Events.
Proven record of portfolio selling and growth, including increasing existing client spend and new business generation.
Proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
A Team player.
A good understanding of how to use AI in day to day tasks to drive efficiency and revenue, and a willingness to learn and improve.
Highly organised with strong time and workload managements skills along with a strong attention to detail.
Quick learner with ability to quickly grasp new, sometimes technical markets.
English Fluency; UK based essential with the ability to travel our London office.
