VIP Client Experience Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our team for a switched-on individual with a great can do attitude, willingness to learn and an organised approach. As you will be working closely with clients, the ideal person will have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships with a range of people. You will be the central touch point for our most prestigious attendees, providing first class customer service and proactive retention campaigns.
Outreach
· Outreach to guests via LinkedIn, email, and advocacy channels
· Manage the team’s LinkedIn guesting campaigns
· Identify VIP worthy guests and be their main POC
· Maintain a focused LI account for your events by interacting with relevant posts and joining groups
Concierge
· Manage the registration of all guests – either ensuring they self-complete registration or registering for them
· Manage guest applications and liaise with the delegate sales team for those who do not qualify
· Build a retention campaign with regular touchpoints with the confirmed guests
· Arrange calls between marketing and VIP guests
· Ensure profiling is completed as part of the retention campaign
· Send and track invites to exclusive events such as dinners, workshops, roundtables
Internal management
· Weekly reporting against monthly KPIs, YOY growth and diversity in industries
· Maintain attendee lists for invite only events and work with Customer Success to ensure sponsors receive regular updates
· Create logo clouds and sample attendee lists in line with brand guidelines
The Ideal Candidate:
Some previous work experience ideally in a customer facing role is preferred
Strong IT skills, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Highly organised and structured planner with the ability to deliver projects on time

Great attitude: proactive and energetic, enthusiastic and fun to work alongside, with a strong work ethic
Outstanding people skills with the ability to develop relationships with a wide range of individuals
Excellent accuracy/attention to detail essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
